Experience - and integrate with guidance - deep insights into the world’s oldest, unbroken traditions of self-healing and spiritual awakening from the natural healing systems of Ayurveda and Kundalini Tantra Yoga - set in the Norwegian mountain realms.
S.A.T.Y.A stands for Synergistic Alignment of Tantra, Yoga and Ayurveda.
During the six days intensive course we will:
- Harness the elemental power of self-knowledge - to make sense of place and purpose, wherever you are in the world.
- Practice purifying and protecting our bodily instruments from a perspective of higher awareness - to optimise functionality at all levels.
- Learn how to eat, rest and enjoy ourselves in ways that enrich the very core of being.
- Learn validated principles of self-care and adopt daily regimens that naturally support our personal way of being in the Nordic world and beyond.
The retreat will also raise questions of the emergence of a practice of Nordic Ayurveda, and how to adapt the ancient Vedic sciences to our northern ecology.
