INTRODUCTION
By allowing movement, sound and creative energy to freely travel through us, our mind and body can relax. UN-important are shapes, quint-essential is FEEL; and to create time to be present so we can explore subtle energies from within.

Drinking in our ‘being-ness’, we’ll celebrate a slow and relaxed yoga practice. We’ll enjoy company, solitude, nature, a canoe or horse ride perhaps with plenty of time for sauna & lake dips.

All bodies varying in flexibility, even those living with pain, can find comfort in yoga. All levels are welcome! Through connecting to our mind-body wisdom, we gain access to our healing potential allowing us to feel more vibrant, healthy and awake.

The kitchen will spoil us with delicious, abundant and healthy food from beginning to finish, so will the Shambala crew with making us feel at home and loved. You might not want to leave!

TEACHER’S BIO
Imken
Yogic nomad since 2012, Imken works internationally as a yoga teacher and craniosacral therapist. Summers in Sweden, winters in India, with regular visits to London & Hamburg. Years of work as a fashion knit designer inspired a search for ways to de-stress, re-balance body & mind and to release lower back pain. Imken’s main interest lies in sharing her ongoing exploration of opening up, softening and finding ways to relax into an essentially healthy and happy self.

Imken loves to teach with a gentle, fun and open-hearted approach. Inspired by what students bring, she infuses Kundalini, Sama, Yin and Restorative teachings to create a joyful, creative and expansive practice. Leading with self-compassion and acceptance, Imken draws from elements of dance, tai chi, somatics and healing sounds to provide a playful and deeply nourishing experience for the soul.

The cost of this weekend is SEK 3200,-
